Cut using diamond wire with our unique method employed exclusively worldwide (cutting one slice takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour).
Due to the natural structure of olive wood, especially round cuts are relatively more brittle.

Post-Cutting Treatments:
After cutting, the slices are washed again to completely remove stones, soil, and bark.
They undergo a natural drying process for months, followed by a 2-month period in a wood drying kiln to achieve the ideal moisture content.

Automatic Calibration & Sanding:
Automatically calibrated using a CNC router to prepare for processing.
Professional sanding is performed to achieve a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface.
