I purchased the 20” river set for a project when I received n opened it looked nothing like the picture . Frustrated. I wrote a bad review 😳 Tayfun from the olive shop contacted me right away wanting to know why And told me that I should of contact them for pictures of items they have on sale . He sent me a picture of 2 slabs to replace my order at No charge WOW. 🤯Not many Shops will Go out of there way to make the customers happy with there purchase . The quality of the olive wood excellent Sanded very smooth n ready for finishing. Shipping right on time package was well wrapped with Bubble wrap n shrink wrap . Knowing now I should of contacted them for pictures of products first before purchasing. Customer service excellent I will purchase more items from this shop I Thank you 😃Gar

Ich habe 4 Holzteile aus zwei unterschiedlichen Kategorien bestellt . Alle gelieferten Teile sehen viel schlichter aus wie auf den Fotos . Und über 40€ Zoll kommt auch noch dazu! Das kann man wirklich nicht empfehlen! Nachtrag: Erst die kostenfreie Ersatzlieferung entsprach der gewünschten Qualität. Besser vorher ein Foto des tatsächlichen Produktes anfordern und dann erst die Versandfreigabe erteilen. So spart man sich auch den doppelten Zoll
